Hi,
Does Field Erected Cast Iron Sectional Boiler per ASME IV, allows field hydro test without witnessed by Authorized Inspector?
Which Manufacturer Data Report is require for field assembled Cast Iron Sectional Boiler per ASME IV.

If the unit is been shop certified. Re.hydro may not be needed. It's been a trend ,contractors have been assembling these units w.o. supervision.
