Cast in place Girder - abutment details

I apologize for the vagueness of this question, however I was looking for DOT details for a cast in place girder / abutment bearing detail (allowing for horizontal movement). Specifically IDOT, but I've looked there and can't seem to come up with much. I suppose it would be similar to the precast detail except cast in the field?
