Is it possible to make your own cartridge with a different format? Is it possible too to make a block like in Solid Works with link with the catia part information?

Hi iders,
If you are talking about "title block" and "frame" the answer is yes:
1-look in the documentation for the above (there are 2 scripts incorporated in catia)

but what I'm looking for is how to create new Title Block with automatic link between the part and the drawing. So, I dont have to write the name of the part in the title block every time for example.

You can do this by creating Parmeters in your catpart and parameters in you catdrawing and linking them together by setting a formula.
