Does any of you guys out there have any experience with carbon and fiber filled polymer (eg. mppo) or carbon filled polymer (PPE)? I am trying to figure out what are the differences between both in molecular structure/interaction and physical behavior. I having difficulty to control the shrinkage of my part when I am using the corbon filled polymer.

I have experience with PTFE compound with both these fillers.
What results do you want ?

The fiber filled version would have anisotropic properties in which the CTE would be low in the flow direction and high in the transverse direction. That's where hard to predict shrinkage comes from. Consider going with the milled carbon version. Also, a foaming agent will control shrink marks.
