carbide m10 spirak flute tap on a drilled blind hole

any suggestion how to remove the broken tap from the blind hole the part material is cast SAF 2507.

Drill the tap with a carbide drill and use an easy out. if that doesn't work drill the hole and break up the tap.

portable EDM works well, EDM rods will come in various sizes it will core out the center for easy break up of tap.
