I am looking for options on plugging high pressure coolant feed hole in a solid carbide drills / cutting tools etc.
The coolant hole diameters vary based on tool diameter, Tried brazing, epoxy and expandable plugs, some of the processes work, but stain the finished tools or change the diameter by a few microns. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Why? Is their a reason tools are being purchased with coolant holes when it is not necessary? Would a bismuth alloy or other low temp alloy have a high enough melting point for your application?

It is better to have enough ideas for some of them to be wrong, than to be always right by having no ideas at all.
