As in IEEE 485,

Kt factor is the ratio of rated Ampere-hour capacity to the Amperes that can be supplied by that cell for T minutes at 25 degree celcius to a given end of discharge voltage.

How do we come to know this rated Ampere-hour capacity of the battery before calculating? (as we are doing this to arrive at the same).
