Great thank you! I assume the stress induced from soil pressure is divided somewhat at each side of the corner, and the wall is somewhat restrained along the stem height so I imagine overlapping the bars would be somewhat conservative. Which is fine with me 
. I plan to use continuous horizontal reinforcement in the stem around the corner as well.
