Can't open NX9.0 - get message: NX Initialization Error Unable to create OpenGL rendering context

Hi all! I am unable to open NX9.0 student edition and get the following message: NX Initialization Error Unable to create OpenGL rendering context.

I have downloaded the proper version of OpenMotif (compatible with mac 10.5) and restarted my computer a number of times. I have Intel-based Mac running on Lion (10.7.5).

Can anyone help with this issue?

Sounds like a graphics issue. Are you using an NX certified graphics card/driver combination? There is a list of certified systems/drivers on the GTAC website somewhere...
