Can't find loading for bridge

I have recently been given a job that entails making a bridge for the forest service and they asked to use the design trucks U80, U100, and U105. I can find the design loads for U80 and U102 but cannot find the load distribution for U100 or U105. Also the distribution for U80 and U102 are completely different. Does anyone know where I could find these laodings?

Have you contacted the forest service? Here the design loads for forestry bridges are mandated by the Ministry of Forests. I would assume the similar agency in your area would provide the governing criteria.
