Cannot open IGS file

I cannot open IGS file with Autodesk Inventor Professional 11. In the past, it works. Please kindly advise.

Have you filtered out entity types (surfaces, solids, wires)?

Can you create a simple cube, Save Copy As cube.igs and then open then open that file?

Do you see the translator loaded in Add-ins?

Can you attach the IGES file here?
