Can you hide other objects in sketcher?

When I use sketcher, the outlines of other objects get in the way of my viewing. Is there a way to hide all objects while in sketcher so I get a blank screen to work with?
 
Objects! Layer, hide, cut, suppress, this are some things you can do. There are other ways (methods) depending on your design.
