Hi,
Typically we configure Compress for a project using "Actions>Set Mode Options". Is it possible to save this file (in other words, can we have multiple 'Default' files and we choose which one to load). This file can serve multiple purposes - (a)One can load the particular file for the project one is working on at the time. This makes it easier to work on various project simultanously, and (b) An experienced person can develop this file and then distribute it to the project for use by the juniors.

Pls let me know if there is such a feature in Compress? If 'Yes', how to use it.

The new defaults file will load the following vessel design information:

Internal design pressure and corresponding temperature
External design pressure and corresponding temperature
MDMT and Test temperature
Vessel diameter
Tangent-to-tangent length
Internal and External corrosion allowance
Vessel orientation (horizontal or vertical)
Radiography settings
Basic head type
ASME Design Code option
Materials for heads and cylinders

But usualy we like create a blank file without heads and sylinder after clicking the finish botton, can compress add an option on the vessel wizard?

can compress add the following information in the default file?
1. ladders and platforms
2. trays
3. packet beds
