Can we Customize Flyout Toolbar?

Hi All, I have Solid Works 2008, I was wondering if we can customize FLYOUT Toolbars, i.e add or delete icons from existing flyout toolbars or make a new customized one.

Forget trying to customise the flyouts, or any toolbars for that matter. Concentrate on using and customising the 'S' shortcut and keyboard shortcuts. When combined they are far more efficient than the toolbars and flyouts.

Plus customizing that little translucent clump of icons at the top middle edge of your viewing area. It matches the RMB when clciked in an open area.
