In drafting can I change the precision (decimal places) of more than one dimension at once?

Yes, you can.

Select all the dimensions you want to change - Right click - Settings - Text - units - Decimal places.

I had to change a drawing full of dimensions to force trailing zeroes. I used to do them one at a time until I read your response. You made my day!
