I created a tubular part and now need to add a 45 Deg. bend in it. Is there a way I can do this without starting over from scratch?

Did you create it as a sweep? If so, just change the path.

You can tack a sweep onto the end of a revolve or extrude. This makes for an ugly feature tree, though, but will save your faces (in case they are used as mate references).

I often use sweep for straight tubes on the chance they will need bends added later on.

You can also use the Flex feature, but as TheTick said, Sweep is the best way.
