CAN Bluetooth Communcation

Hi

I want to develop the Controller Area Network over Bluetooth. My CAN on BT device communicates to the CAN Bus through the CAN-BT Bridge.

What protocols limit the communication and what are the prohibiting factors to this communication path.

Any advice on the same is highly appreciated in advance.
