Can anyone help me with the coefficient of compresibility?

Hi, this Manuel Asmat, from Perú. I'm having problems with the Sulzberger method. This method is used to calculate foundations of tranmission lines structures such as piles and towers. I understand the method, but I'm having a real hard time with the coefficient of compresibility. I have a paper of Tadeo Maciejewski which shows that this parameter is expressed in kg/cm3 and it starts in 0.5kg/cm3 for loose soils and it ends in 16kg/cm3 for rock. I've been looking for information but i only find information about other coefficient or index of compresibility. I wonder anyone of you can help me with this. It's really important for me. Yo lo siento, but I am not familiar with the Sulzberger method. It sounds like he is discussing coefficient of subgrade reaction. If you have access to MJ Tomlinson's pile book, you will find a discussion of this - in the lateral load area. I would also suggest that you look up on Google or other search engineer: Phoon Transmission Tower Foundations. He has written with Kawahy about foundations for Reliability based foundation design for large transmission tower lines. Hope that this helps. Sorry - my Spanish seems to have got up and gone! Adios.
