Hi, this Manuel Asmat, from Perú. I'm having problems with the Sulzberger method. This method is used to calculate foundations of tranmission lines structures such as piles and towers. I understand the method, but I'm having a real hard time with the coefficient of compresibility. I have a paper of Tadeo Maciejewski which shows that this parameter is expressed in kg/cm3 and it starts in 0.5kg/cm3 for loose soils and it ends in 16kg/cm3 for rock. I've been looking for information but i only find information about other coefficient or index of compresibility. I wonder anyone of you can help me with this. It's really important for me. Thank you very much.
Manuel Asmat.
