Can anybody suggest a book wherein complete design of a multistory building has been carried out with wind efect and earthquake calculations as well. Prefarably with SI units

You can refer to Reynolds book which gives the complete design of a building.

I suggest to review a "Design of Multistory Reinforced Concrete Buildings for Earthquake Motions by John A. Blume, Nathan M. Newmark, and Leo H. Corning" published in 1992.
I believe it is available from Portland Cement Institute Good Luck.
