can’t access helpcentre

Using WF-4.
I can see some files at following location:
C:\ptc\proewildfire40\html\usascii\
Following erroe comes when clicking on helpcentre:

I'd recommend to run ptcsetup.bat one time again.
Maybe then the paths will get updated.

Look at what is set in the ptc_help.txt file in your <loadpoint>\text directory. That is where the setting for your WF4 help documents are located.
