Cams connection problem

Good morning,

I wanted to make a cam connection between two identical gears, made by sweep on circular trajectory. (+ trapper relation) The problem is as in the screenshot: View attachment 7014

It brakes the surface of cams in two places. Any idea how to change that?

If that doesn't work, you might want to try a Gear-Pair connection.
