Can someone show me where is the camber factor (mild steel and PT) requirements called out in AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specifications?

Are you referring to the constant for camber creep? If so I believe it's somewhere in Section 5.4 point something. Sorry but I don't have my copy with me.
