I am designing an RHS framework which must lift up and down appr. 300mm. I have looked at various options as means of doing this. The framework is appr. 1400mm Sq. I have source some 40mm o/d cam followers from SKF. I've had no experience with these and could do with some input. Is using RHC as the actual track sufficient, or should I machine something with slight clearance to allow rotation of the followers? I will be using 4 cam follerr, 2 each side pitched @ 800mm.

Many thanks
