California Modifications to 2006 IBC

Does anyone know if there will be any California modifications to the seismic design (geotech. aspects in particular) in the 2006 IBC?

The 2007 California Building Code is available for purchase now. You may be able to obtain some free pdfs on the proposals for amendments which may or may not have been adopted from this website:
