How do i find a P-eng for structural and pressure vessels with a stamp for California

Try to contact an insurance company that provides insurance coverage on fired and unfired pressure vessels and which also provide inspection services on same objects. Two come to mind eventho there are a lot more insurance companies: 1)Hartford Steam Boilers 2) Travelers insurance company. You may not be able to contact these insurance co. representatives directly so you'll need to be referred , so I suggest that you speak with insurance agents that specialize in commercial insurance coverage (not to be confused with home owner insurance coverage)

You can google California Licensed Engineers and get to all licensed engineers by name and by discipline and contact info.. I could give you a name of a Mechanical Engineer fully experienced in Pressure Vessel design but I don't know if he is retired or still alive. He would be in his 70's today.

You may find the required PE in the California on-line system , i.e. "Board for Professional Engineers", or use it to verify the person for the current PE status.
