What are the rules of thumbs for sizing up Calibration Columns of Chemical Dosing Skids (for wastewater) ?

I'm not sure what you are referring to. Are these the draw down tubes I've seen between the tote or storage tank and the pump that can be isolated from the tote to check the dosage rate?
