I am looking for standard of calculating the torque force need to fasten nut and bolt (standard nuts A194 all grade and standard bolt A193 all grade, all sizes) of piping flanges or some equipment such as towers or rectors in both condition cold and hot bolting that have metallic gasket (such as spiral wound gasket 304/graphite)

ASME PCC-1 Will cover most if not all of your answers.

thanks
any other suggestion?
