Calculating welds after Lloyd's Register

Hi Guys

I can't figure out the method to calculate welds after Lloyd's Register for shipping, Mobile offshore units. I have looked in part 4, chapter 8, but I can't seem to find anything but some sizes on buttwelds and so on.

Do any of you have an idea how to calculate welds after this norm. What stresses are permissable in the welds? And where can I find some information on it.
