If I have a magnetic circuit, with a given reluctance, how do I determine how much flux will flow from a Neodymium permanent magnet?

The most straightforward way is to use FEA

If you have a cylindrical magnetic circuit, there are good freeware programs out there. Here is a list I created: faq340-1112
