Anyone know how to calculate Hp on steam driven chiller performance?

Yes. Lots of people here can help you calculate all sorts of things like that... given a well defined problem and the required information.

So how do they calculate that HP value?

Boiler horsepower is really a unit of measurement, where 1 bhp is equal to 33,475 BTU/hr or 9.8 kW.

There's a Wikipedia article that provides information on how it was originally calculated.
