Sending out an SOS on the topic of calculating the temps of concrete.
Can anyone help me figure out an easier way to make these calculations? i.e. Charts, Graphs, Formulas etc!!!I need help in all types of concrete. ( TypeI, I/II, F Fly ash, C Fly ash, Slag etc.
Thanks in advance for any information you can give.

Thanks DaveVikingPE,
But that is the thing I'm having the problem with. I can't seem to make sence of questions 7,8 and 9. So I was hoping someone could explain it to me so I can understand how the calculations are supposed to be done.
But thanks for the information, I appreciate it!

Well... I got ten out of ten right (and have the certificate from PCA to prove it)! The answers are all in that handout! Just read it over and over again.

Basically, there are two elements of temperature with which to be concerned: the termperature during the pour (and subsequently aftwerwards) and the temperature differential. From there, again, the answers are all contained within the documentation supplied.

I am not asking if you got ten out of ten correct. I am asking for help understanding the calculation process. I am tring to get my certification as well and have been over the document numerous times that is why I am asking for the help. Congrats on your achievements, (if that is what you are looking for) I am looking for help!
