I've got a class 2500 flange and stud (SA-193 Gr B7) has a min yield of 724Mpa ,size 2" 8UN.
How would I calculate the required tension on the bolts?

What is your background? What is the application? Why do you need to do calculate the tension? Have you tried ASME PCC-1?

Well, its for a feedwater pump flange. I have old data for pressure required to stretch the bolt. I was wondering how they derived the values.
