Calc Torsional stress in a shaft with a cross hole 2

I am attempting to locate a commonly used calculation for torsional stress in a round shaft with a round cross hole. This is in a product that will be reviewed by an approval agency (UL Labs), they will require some reference (i.e. Roarks Formulas for Stress and Strain or similar) I have looked in Machinery's Handbook and Roarks and did not find anything
 
check out Roarks, Appendix, Table 37, Box 18c:
Radial hole in a solid or circular shaft, elastic stress, torsional loading

It's on p739 of the sixth edition.
