Cadkey 19 on new monitor 1

I still use Cadkey 19, 2D only. I bought a new LCD widescreen monitor (Acer P201W) and now round holes display obround left to right. Not a big problem, just looks funky.
Is there any fix to this, or is it just a function of old program and new monitor?
Using 1680 x 1050 resolution as specified for the monitor.

Under tools>options>display input your screen size.
