Hi,
I am trying to simulate a Transimpedance amplifier in cadence. I picked up a regulated cascade design for this. I am new to circuit design and dont really know where to start trouble shooting. Using transient, AC simulations I was able to obtain the following response for the amplifier. The response (AC) doesnot look like that of an amplifier, It is high pass in nature. Moreover, there is no gain between the output (/net5) and input signal.
First thing, I checked if the MOSFETs are ins saturation region using DC analysis and operating points. Using this I adjusted the Dc voltage of the input signal. But after this point, I dont know how to proceed to enhance the amplifier response.
I appreciate any suggestion on how to proceed forward

Thanks,
-Rakesh.
