Does anyone have member dimensions/details for ISO shipping containers? (CAD would be better) I know overall dimensions but material properties and member dimensions/thicknesses are hard to find. Thanks

Containerization International has more info on dims. Individual manufacturers have the scantlings for thier own unique designs.
If you need precision, definitely contact your shipper. I've come across various data that differ by 50-100 mm.
