I forgot my book at home, can anyone tell me what the gage is for a C12 x 20.7. I think its 2.5, but want to make sure

That is for the flange right? I forgot to mention it is for the web. I found something that says 2.5, but want to verify.

From corner of flange/web intersection (back of channel) to center of bolt hole in flange = 1.75".
