At what pressure would you recommend using RTJ over RF?
 
Explain your acronyms!
 
Most people shy away from RF on ANSI 900 and above flanges.

I don't have a problem with RF on ANSI 600 (typical MAWP 1,440 psig). ANSI 900 pressures call for RTJ.

Same for me - I use RTJ on 900# and above unless the piping is inside a building and I might need to get it apart. Then I revert back to RF for easier disassembly. Use a torquing crew and leak check or IR if in sour service.
