c-clamp analysis design

I am a mechanical engineering student. I wish to ask for your help to do analysis on the c clamp parts (body, handle, screw, collar).
The analysis is about a design analysis that contain materials selection, force and stress analysis on each part, and Factors of Safety (N) for all the components.Maybe you could send me some info on the correct equation and the calculation steps involved. Thank you.
