hello, i have problem with bystar 3015. When we cutting at 100% power the power at small display write only 1350W istead of 2800w. We can not cut thicker material of 5mm.I have checked high voltage lamps and its all ok.Check all mirrors and it seems to be ok.
Does anyone can help?

is the discharge stable?
at 100% does it show above 80 on the current?
have you changed gasses lately?
how old is the turbo?
have you checked the water flow and voltage at the shutter to backup what the display says?

At 100% it shows about 80 on the current, but i have noticed when power go over 80% power the current are not stable, and goes a bit up and down..
We have checked gases and its ok,
turbo was changed about 8 years ago and installed new one, its ok.
Water flow is 80
We didnt check voltage at the shutter. We did vacum test and vacum is ok.
I have search on the internet and found that mirrors in the resonator can be the problem.Especially a "end mirror - oem no.4-03118 "
But that can be check only by expert for lasers.
