BVR Error 1

BVR = BOM View Revision. This is an object in Teamcenter that holds the BOM. Your errors shows that someone else has this object checked out which means that you are not allowed to make changes that affect the BOM in Teamcenter. Once checked in, you'll be able to modify as needed.
