Am designing a Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Corridor (20km long) with Bus lanes at the median of the existing dual carriageway road, the bus stations are also located in the median. The Bus station drawings were prepared at flat grade by the architects but my road profile have a longitudinal grade of 0.7% to 2% if i try to flatten the road at station locations it brings drainage problems as the station becomes submerged on one side (see the attachment)my question is can i put the station at grade say (0.7% to 2%)? Any suggestion is appreciated

Sure, why not? The architect needs to think in three dimensions.

2% or less shouldn't inconvenience pedestrians. Is it enough that the walls will be noticibly out of plumb if you don't adjust the design?

If drainage is that close, I would increase the foundation wall height to accommodate both the drainage issue and the "wedge" shape relative to the pavement grade. You will probably have a step or two to take up the additional height, but shouldn't be an issue as long as handicap accessibility can be accommodated.

The bus station platform is raised 1m above the pavement to enable boarding on same level (See the attachment)thus the platform must remain parallel with the pavement. the station have automatic sliding doors so if the station is at grade the columns& walls have to be out of plumb for the doors to function properly, I want to know if it will be technically ok to put the station at grade.
