We have 4kw Bystar 3000 x 1500 machine .Has recently being serviced new out put coupler ,end mirror Bypos,all other optics/mirrors were cleaned beam alignment down .New ceramics and lens in cutting head.Have being cutting 3mm 304 SS using 5" head getting light burrs and can't seem to get it right.I do a test cut on rectangle part cuts fine.Load the job same settings and cuts Ok. There are burrs on one edge and half way around circles.Any help would be appreciated.
 
definitely sounds like a nozzle alignment issue
