Buried / Mound Vessels

What code is used for burried and mound vessels.

I know that in Europe guidelines regarding this type of vessels are given in one of the EEMUA. I do have indeed a copy


Also:
Do these vessels have saddles or are they laying on sand compact beds?

I understood that such burried vessels have no inspection requirements/ no inspection manholes.
But cathodic protectionis required .
