Hi, I am attempting to quote the replumbing of a bulk lube oil plant. Rather than designing the steps with a cad program and guessing the the nuber of elbows, tees and other fittings i hoped there would be a rule of thumb to used for estimating the inventory needed to complete the project. There are 14 3,000(approx gal)tanks. 9 of these tanks are dual use(1/2 top,1/2 bottom), 6 pumps,6 meters, 1 loading rack and no need for ext. bypass plumbing. I hope this is enough info, if not you may amail.TY in advance.
