We currently own a building that uses a FMA-900 (omega) mass flow meter to control building pressurization. The documentation shows this meter as being bi-directional meaning that it will show the same number on the positive or negative side with no indication of negative building pressurization. Some documentation found online states that this device is directional measures air flow however when I get to the pdf it says it does not. We would like to use this device due to the fact that it is far more superior than most differential pressure transmitters but not sure how. I do not want to maintain a negative building with infiltration. ANY IDEAS???? Is there an OMEGA FMA-900 that actually measure directional air flow?
