Budget Cost for Watermain Installation (Scotland)

I am looking for some budgetting information to get a rough cost for installing a MDPE water main. We would be looking at 63mm diameter pipe, approximately 900mm cover, total length around 1.3km.

Does anyone have up to date costs (2010) per linear metre, including for materials, trench excavation, bedding, backfill, labour costs etc?

The route will have a few high and low spots, but is through farmland so installation should be relatively straight forward. Location is North East Scotland.

If anyone has a 'go by guide' it would help me to assess a budget cost.

Not much help, but in northeast Florida that would be about $8 per foot, mostly labor.
