Bubble Size Distribution

Hi
has anybody any experience with image processing of photographs of a column of bubbles in liquid phase?
I have to process the images to obtain the BSD.I want to do this by Matlab.any recommendation? Any sample source file at hand?

We have some experiences with image analysing from a fluidized bed system. Look at "

They have very advanced solutions regarding image analysis (in case of solid particles in air: size distribution, characteristic dimensions, roughness factor, sphericity..).

I agree with you that it is difficult for non-americans to answer questions that are given in a sence of local abbreviations;at least it is a bit unfair.However it is beautiful to believe that the end of the world begins on the bridge behind my village.
In case of singularityofmind I was quite certain that it was about bubble size distribution so I dared to answer.
