Within the above standard the Charpy Impact requirement is listed as min 27 j, however there is nothing to indicate whether this is a single minimum requirement or an average minimum requirement.
I have checked through BS 5S100 which is referenced(and BS 6S100 just in case)but I cannot locate anything that definitively would prove one or the other.
Does anyone have any information regarding this.
